How fast do you respond to calls?
After we receive the initial call, we schedule an inspection within 48 hours. Once we survey the property and pinpoint the issue, we provide an estimate for the cost of removal and also provide recommendations on preventative measures.
Is your company insured?
Yes we are!
Do you kill or release the animals you catch?
We release the animals whenever it is possible to do so.
Do you provide free estimates?
No, due to our knowledge and expertise in this field we charge $125 for our inspections after which we provide a quote to remove the animal, seal the areas that they are getting in, and clean up any mess left behind
Do you service commercial properties?
Yes, we service both commercial and residential properties, including government buildings.
What happens if my pest creates a new entry point on my property after you already removed the first animal?
It is very situation dependent. If we sealed an animal inside of a home and it tore its way out then we would take care of that issue. If we offer to seal up the house and the offer is rejected, and then a new animal tears a hole into the house then we would have to start the process all over again.
Do you do your own repairs on properties? Do you ever have to call in other companies?
We do 99% of the repairs to the homes. If we discover a foundation issue or we need drywall work done after we have done our job then we will call companies we trust to come in and take care of those issues.
